As part of our brand commitment to strive to Recycle and Re-use high quality apparel and gear, Traveler Pacifica is working with our team member Nico Williams to repair and bring greater longevity to your favorite wearable gear.
Nico is an avid surfer and skateboarder and has worked for over 10 years at a pattern-maker for renowned fashion house Louis Vuitton in Paris before coming to California with his family.
He is now helping out Traveler customers and members by bringing his superior tailoring skills to mending gently worn wetsuits and outerwear.
How it works:
1) Check out online for gear repair & pay the fees per item that you would like repaired.
**You must pre-pay online in order to drop off items in-store, we will not accept wetsuits that have not been paid for in advance**
Select "In Store Pickup" at checkout.
Make sure to enter your name and contact info at checkout so that we can get in touch with you when ready to pickup.
2) Make sure your garment or suit is:
3) Bring in your gently worn wetsuit or gear to Traveler Pacifica and mention that you have purchased a repair by Nico. Show the staff members your online receipt. We will take a look at and make sure it is repairable and collect the garment.
4) We will notify you when the garment is ready for pickup. We cannot send repair garments by mail, you'll need to pick up when ready.
Please be patient and understanding. Nico is not available every day and must take garments home to repair. This work is part of his personal commitment to sustainability and he takes great care with the work. If the garments cannot be repaired you will receive a refund.
