Another one of our favorite spots here at Traveler is just a little south of Pacifica called Devil's Slide. This quick hike is a paved road which was previously a section Highway 1, before the tunnel was built.
Devil's Slide is a fun spot for the family to bring their bikes to ride, bring your skateboard if your into some hill action, go for an evening stroll and get some amazing sunset views, and in the late spring and summer time this is a perfect spot for some whale watching.
Visit us at Traveler before you head over and pick up an extra layer if you're headed there in the evening! We also carry a variety of Moleskins and this would be a great spot to sit on the benches and write in your journal or do some sketches.
