Return Policy


We gladly accept returns for items received in original packaging, unworn, and new condition, excluding swimwear and sale items, with tags (and hygienic liners in place if applicable) within 7 days of original purchase date for in-store purchases and within 14 days for online purchases.

Wetsuit purchases (including booties, gloves, caps) can be returned for store-credit only and must be returned for credit within 7 days of purchase date (14 days for online orders). Tags on, brand new condition, no exceptions.

Returns received within 30 days of original purchase date are eligible for exchange or store credit. During holiday season, you may exchange gifted items until January 30 of the next year.

All surfboards, sale items, including items purchased with promotional discount codes, and swimwear, including wetsuits are FINAL SALE. 

In the event of a return or exchange within the accepted timeframe, customer agrees to pay for shipping back to Traveler. Traveler will then pay for shipping the exchanged item back to customer.

Surf Lessons - Out of respect for our instructors, Traveler must receive a cancellation notice a minimum 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time for customers to receive a full refund or reschedule option. For example if you book a lesson for 10am on Saturday, we require cancellation/ reschedule before 10AM on Thursday. 

If Traveler receives a cancellation notice within 24-48 hours of the booked appointment, there will be a $100 charge per customer and the lesson will be forfeited. The lesson will not be rescheduled, but can be rebooked at full price. For example if your lesson is booked for 10AM on Saturday, but you give cancellation notice on Friday at 10AM, you will be refunded $100.

Under 24 hour notice, no-shows on the day of scheduled lesson, and call-ins to cancel on day of scheduled lesson will be charged the full price and forfeit their lesson.

Weather, swell, water quality conditions: Traveler Surf Club puts safety first. If Traveler Surf Club cancels due to weather, swell, or water quality conditions, customer will be notified and lesson will either be rescheduled or refunded.

Reschedule Policy - You may reschedule your lesson one time with a minimum 48 hours notice prior to scheduled lesson time. For example, if your lesson is scheduled for Saturday at 10AM and you would like to reschedule, you must notify us before Thursday at 10AM. No more than one rescheduling is permitted.
