This 2 hour, 3 part series class sessions are designed to break down the vast surf knowledge and experience that Kassia brings to her surf practice, coaching sessions and surf retreats. If you have done one of Kassia's programs in the past, this series is a wonderful refresher. It's also a great way begin your surf journey or bring it to a new level.

Topics Covered:

Session 1: Free The Feet

Friday July 12 | 9AM

The intention in this class is to support people in unlocking their toes so they can dance effortlessly up and down their surfboard. Knowing when to turn, when to trim and when to get to the nose and dangle those toes.

Session 2: Demystifying Surfline

Friday August 2 | 9AM

This class is all about reading the charts to get you confident in knowing where to surf in LA. Dialing in a full understanding on tides, swells and conditions of the best breaks close to home and wherever your next adventure destination lands.

Session 3: The Language of the Ocean

Friday August 23 | 9AM

This class focuses on supporting people in the language of the ocean, the lineup and getting into a deeper 'rapport' with the ocean. If you can understand the language of the ocean, you'll know where and when to paddle out, where to sit in the lineup, how to identify the waves you want and how best to position yourself for a session of awesome waves and good vibes. We will also do a guided meditation to support your nervous system before paddling out.

Surfers who are interested in gaining more awareness, confidence and independence in navigating a lineup, wave selection and surf ability
Those who are considering the benefits of 1 on 1 surf coaching and or participating in a surf retreat.
Beginner Surfers
Intermediate and advanced surfers looking to deepen their connection and knowledge of the ocean.

What to expect:

This is a small group lesson held at Traveler Surf Club Malibu This is a land session only, you will not be getting in the water as part of the instruction.
The session encourages open Q&A tailored to each participants individual's goals, so come with questions and prepare to be inspired to paddle out on your own or with friends after the session.
