The Ideal Candidate
Organized — You notice what needs attention and take care of it before it becomes a bigger problem. You like systems, checklists, and keeping the details dialed.
People-oriented — You genuinely enjoy interacting with customers and members. You’re warm and approachable while also comfortable communicating policies and setting expectations.
Proactive — You can identify what needs to happen, take initiative, and see things through without needing to be micromanaged.
Reliable — You show up, follow through, and close the loop. Your teammates know they can count on you.
Resourceful — Things break, weather changes plans, and customers have questions. You stay calm, figure out the next step, and know when to ask for support.
Community-minded — You’re excited to help people connect, get in the water, and have a good time doing it.
Active — You love the outdoors and have a genuine interest in surfing and ocean culture. You don’t need to be the best surfer in the lineup—we’re looking for someone who enjoys being around the water and sharing the stoke.
