9' Noserider - Foamie

BEN THOMSON NOSERIDER:

This beautiful board is the brainchild of Ben Thomson, a stylish Malibu local that has a love for purple and gold.  The psychedelic design combines subtle shades of Jimi Hendrix, Prince, and the Los Angeles Lakers.

Because Ben likes to combine drop-knee cutbacks with walks to the nose, we created a versatile board that can do a bit of everything.  The narrow tail and forgiving rails allow for controlled turns, while the wide nose allows for the occasional noseride.  Given it’s versatility, this board will work well for almost any surfer.

This board has the cushy feel of a foamy coupled with the performance/durability of a retro longboard.  Gone are the days of waxing up your board or having to worry about rail dings.

Retro Noserider:

Modeled after the longboards of the 1960's, the Retro Noserider provides more stability and glide than your conventional longboard. By combining a wider-than-normal square tail with a scooped nose and 50/50 rails, this board makes noseriding a breeze. Ideal for small conditions, pointbreaks, and lazy summer days. 

Unlike other soft tops on the market, this board is constructed from a hand-shaped epoxy core and has a high-density wood stringer.  The rails and bottom contours are also hand-shaped, and the board is finished with Hexcel cloth and epoxy resin.  The top deck/rails are wrapped and vacuum-sealed with a texturized EVA foam. 

As a result, this board has the cushy feel of a foamy coupled with the performance/durability of a retro longboard. Gone are the days of waxing up your board or having to worry about rail dings.
