Join us in the Traveler backyard for an evening with big wave surfer and apnea instructor Ricardo Taveira.
Every surfer gets held down. Almost none of us have been taught what the body is actually doing while it happens, and that is what Ricardo is here to teach.
90-Minute Classroom Session with Ricardo
This is a land lesson only, and is an introduction to the core concepts for Surf Survival. We will not be getting in water or doing extensive exercises. A longer format workshop is offered over the following two days- Sat & Sunday at LOCATION.
We'll finish with an open Q&A. Bring your questions and ask Ricardo anything about breathing, apnea, safety, or breath-hold training.
Ricardo has taught this course to lifeguards, firefighters, military and police personnel, and professional surfers throughout Hawaii, California, Brazil, Chile, Panama, and Tahiti.
Limited to 30 guests.
Ricardo teaches his complete two day Apnea & Surf Survival course right here in Pacifica the next morning, September 26th and 27th: classroom, breathing work, and pool training across both days. He will speak to it Friday night and answer questions about it directly. [ BOOK THE FULL COURSE HERE ]
