IDEAL’s inaugural publication, IDEAL Surf Journal, is an intentionally designed space for reflecting on your surf practice. There are 200 pages to record details from each of your sessions in addition to unique prompts, quotes, affirmations, and meditations. Journaling is a powerful tool for revealing patterns, setting intentions or goals, and processing our experiences out in the water.
