Join us in the Traveler backyard for an evening with big wave surfer and apnea instructor Ricardo Taveira.
Every surfer gets held down. Almost none of us have been taught what the body is actually doing while it happens, and that is what Ricardo is here to teach.
90-Minute Classroom Session with Ricardo
This is a land lesson only, and is an introduction to the core concepts for Surf Survival. We will not be getting in water or doing extensive exercises. Follow Up immersive -Day in-water workshops are offered @apneasurf
We'll finish with an open Q&A. Bring your questions and ask Ricardo anything about breathing, apnea, safety, or breath-hold training.
